The topic of the way the U.S. interrogates people has come up again after the death of bin Laden. People are claiming that torturing criminals is effective, and others are saying that it's used to recruit people who hate us. I don't really care about torturing criminals for information, I don't have any sympathy because of the fact that they didn't care when they made many innocent people suffer by killing their loved ones. The only reason I DON"T like this interrogation process is because I beleive that they're some people who are taking advantage and are torturing just to torture instead of as a way to get information. And it is hard to watch, and part of me believe it's inhumane, so I believe we need to find a different way of getting our information even though I still don't feel bad [unless they are innocent], because the U.S. needs to show a good example for otehr nations.
