Last week on Oprah a woman named Marie Walsh tells her story of when instead she was known as Susan LeFevre. Marie says that she was sent to jail for dealing heroin, but her grandfather had helped her escape, because he didn't believe she belonged in jail. And since then has become a model citizen, got married and had a family; never once forgetting the fact that she could get caught any day. For 32 years she was free, and this story is so amazing to me becuase I never really thought that some people who were in jail could possibly be innocent [in the interview she mentioned someting on this subject] .We never think about the people who really just happened to have drugs on them, and still they are the ones punished. It's really important then to pick your friends wisely, that way you are never in a situation like the one Marie Walsh was in.
